Carmody Construction Company roots were established as Thrifty Home Investors in 1957, when, Morris Carmody started building and remodeling homes in Southern California. Morris continued to run the family business until his retirement in 1994. At that time Ray Carmody Sr., assumed control and has been the sole owner ever since. He has been a licensed general building contractor in the family business for over 30 years and he has been working in the family business for over 35 years.

When we begin the work on your home, we set up a schedule and time of completion that we follow precisely, so you are always aware of the progress and can plan your everyday life comfortably with the least amount of disruption.
